  • Behaviour Management is the online version of our face-to-face workshop. This online module is suitable for educators & support staff working at primary level or in an ELC/Kindergarten. The objective of this module is for you to learn to identify challenging behaviours, conduct a functional behaviour assessment (FBA) & implement an effective strategy bases on that assessment

The Behaviour Management workshop will help participants learn how to identify common challenges for students and at the same time identify their own common challenges when supporting and teaching children with ASD. You will be guided in how to identify the function of behaviour (every behaviour happens for a reason) and you will be given practical and workable strategies for managing challenging behaviours that occur within the school environment. Workshop dates are scheduled in term 2 & 3 and run 9.30-12.30pm The 3HR Educator Workshops are APST-aligned. These courses build teachers’ capacity to teach learners with a disability.
